Designed exclusively for women, this clinic teaches basic boxing fundamentals & technique. Designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance, this class is the perfect option to get fit and leave feeling stronger and more empowered. You will also learn to put together multiple combinations using all the punches, mirroring a true boxer. Faster hands, agile feet, stronger punches equal better control. Instructional Beginners Boxing Class on Tuesday/Thursdays and Learn Like a Fighter on Saturdays are included in this membership.
